If paying the full term fee upfront is a challenge, we’re here to help. Get in touch with us at lornasalmon44@gmail.com to discuss payment options that may work for you.

How We’re Funded

Voice of Galway is proud to be a self-funded community choir, which means that every note we sing and every performance we give is made possible by you, our members, and our audience.

We rely exclusively on:

  1. Membership Subscriptions: These cover the essential costs of running the choir, such as rehearsal spaces, music purchases, and professional direction.

  2. Proportions of Concert Takings: Ticket sales from our performances help us share our music with the community while keeping our operations sustainable.

Unlike some organizations, we do not receive any funding from external government bodies or grants. This independence allows us to stay true to our mission of creating a vibrant, inclusive musical community—but it also means that we depend on your support to thrive.

Flexible Payment Options

To make it easier for everyone to participate, we offer flexible payment options, including the ability to set up an installment payment schedule. If you’re experiencing financial difficulty, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us confidentially—we’re committed to ensuring that everyone can enjoy the joy of singing with us.

Your Contributions Make the Music Possible

By contributing through subscriptions and supporting our concerts, you’re not just funding the choir—you’re building a community, enabling performances, and helping us grow together. Importantly, you’re also ensuring that the professionals who bring our music to life are treated with the respect and fairness they deserve.

Thank you for being an essential part of Voice of Galway. Every voice matters, and every contribution makes a difference!
